During quarantine, I have been hooked on yogurt with granola. I literally eat it every single day and have yet to become tired of it. I used to buy store bought granola until I read the ingredients and saw things that I’ve never heard of. From that moment on, I thought why not try to make my own, how hard could it be. Honestly, it’s one of the most simplest things I make. The hardest part is keeping myself from eating too many chocolate chips and keeping my kids from eating the granola off the pan as it cools.
When making my granola, I started using Lily’s Semi Sweet chocolate chips. Not only are they addicting, they are sweetened with stevia, keeping the amount of sugar to a minimum. You can enjoy the granola on its own or you can use it as a topping.
